115.бел - Мая Рэспублiка is a mobile application developed by IT Minsk, available on the Android platform. It allows residents of Belarus to easily and quickly send requests related to housing and communal services and urban management. The application is part of the republican portal "Мая рэспублiка". With this app, users can create requests, view previously created requests, receive push notifications about their status changes, keep a list of favorite addresses, and get information about the absence of housing and communal services and the inclusion of heating at these addresses. Users can also link their account with the data of the applicant who contacted the contact center by phone and access previously made phone requests.

It should be noted that this mobile app is intended for non-emergency requests. According to the request processing regulations, the moderation time is up to 72 hours, and the response time is in accordance with the National Payment Agency. In case of an emergency situation, users should report the problem through the short number 115.
